About the Role
Our client, a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking experienced
Maintenance Technicians
to support production operations in a fast-paced, USDA‑regulated facility. This role is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoy hands‑on work and solving problems on the fly.
What You’ll Do
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Support high‑speed processing lines, conveyors, motors, and packaging equipment
Assist with equipment changeovers and line adjustments
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and follow safety/USDA guidelines
Respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime
Work collaboratively with production and sanitation teams
What We’re Looking For
2 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
Experience in food, poultry, or meat processing is a strong plus
Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electrical components
Knowledge of PLCs (Allen‑Bradley) preferred
Ability to work in a cold, wet, or fast‑paced environment
Strong problem‑solving skills and reliability
