Senior Human Resources Generalist

Provide day‑to‑day HR support for Corporate staff in partnership with HR Business Partners.

Manage and coordinate Corporate HR transactions, including job changes, transfers, employee data updates, merit and bonus processing.

Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of HR processes and data across systems.

Serve as a point of contact for some Corporate leaders and employees on HR process‑related questions.

Corporate Engagement & Talent Review Support

Coordinate and support

Corporate engagement action planning , including tracking progress and follow‑ups from engagement surveys and focus groups.

Support the planning and execution of

Talent Review workshops , including preparation of materials, coordination with leaders, and post‑session follow‑up.

Partner with HR leadership to ensure alignment between engagement actions, talent outcomes, and development priorities.

Global HR Program Management
Serve as a program manager and central coordinator for key global HR initiatives, including:

Engagement Survey

Support action planning, reporting, and follow‑up across regions.

Performance Management

Manage global performance management timelines, communications, and system support.

Partner with HR and leaders to ensure consistent application of performance processes.

Onboarding

Support and continuously improve the global onboarding experience.

Coordinate onboarding tools, resources, and communications.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a corporate or multi‑site environment.

Experience supporting or managing HR programs across multiple regions or business units.

Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and data management.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high level of accuracy.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

High attention to detail with the ability to manage both transactional and programmatic work.

Effective communicator with the ability to work across functions and regions.

Comfortable working with HR systems, reporting tools, and process documentation.

Collaborative, service‑oriented mindset with the ability to operate independently.
