Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Tech/AI Recruiting
About the Role We’re partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a senior, hands‑on role focused on leading complex technical searches and shaping recruiting strategy at scale.
What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting for senior, critical, and hard-to-fill technical roles
Design and execute recruiting programs, frameworks, and workforce planning strategies
Act as a strategic advisor to executives and cross‑functional leaders
Drive market intelligence, sourcing strategy, and data‑informed hiring decisions
Mentor peers and elevate the overall capability of the TA function
What You Bring
10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Deep expertise in hiring in AI, Machine Learning, and Software Engineering
Strong stakeholder management and executive influence
Fluency with AI-powered recruiting tools, ATS platforms (Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred), and talent analytics
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field
Compensation
$159K–$196K base + equity (RSUs) + comprehensive benefits package
