About the Role
We are looking for a Commercial Lines Sales Agent to work from home. This position requires an Active Producer’s/Sales Property & Casualty (P&C) License before applying. In this fast‑paced role you will build relationships with business customers through high‑volume inbound calls—no cold calling, no commission. You’ll assist customers with their unique needs, educate them about coverage options, and offer tailored products that fit their business requirements.
Required Qualifications
Active Producer’s/Sales Property & Casualty (P&C) license
Minimum two years of relevant work experience
OR minimum two years of post‑secondary education
Start Date
June 29 2026
Schedule
Full‑time, five‑day workweek. Schedules may include Saturday and may require evening hours as late as 11 pm ET after training completion.
Work‑From‑Home Office Requirements
Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
High‑speed internet at your expense unless otherwise required by law
Computer that must be physically connected to the router or modem by cable (no wireless)
All Progressive hardware must be connected to a surge protector
Compensation
$22.00 per hour
Gainshare annual cash incentive up to 16% of eligible earnings based on company performance
Additional 10% when you work evening or weekend hours
