About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated, hands‑on Event Coordinator to join our fast‑growing team. You’ll plan, organize, and execute events from start to finish—working directly with clients, leading on‑site staff, and ensuring every event is safe, smooth, and unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination
Manage event setup, execution, and breakdown
Lead and support on‑site staff
Communicate with clients and deliver top‑notch service
Make real‑time decisions to keep events running smoothly
Drive company trucks and trailers for equipment transport
Operations & Logistics
Load, unload, and maintain equipment
Organize inventory and track usage
Test and troubleshoot technical equipment
Plan event layouts, power needs, and logistics
Develop contingency plans for weather, technical issues, or staffing changes
Lead pre‑event team briefings
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Detail‑oriented with problem‑solving ability
Willing to work evenings and weekends
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Event or hospitality experience preferred
Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred
40+ hours/week with overtime opportunities
$20/hour starting; $26/hour after Event Host training
