Responsibilities
Complete work orders and special projects in a timely, professional manner.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
Perform apartment turns including, but not limited to: drywall repair, painting, flooring, appliance repair, plumbing repair, fixture installs, punch‑list items, and deep clean.
General repairs including, but not limited to: roof, parking lot, fencing/gates, doors/frames, keys/locks, etc.
Coordinate and provide access for leasing staff, contractors, and prospective tenants during unit showings or inspections.
Oversee move‑in and move‑out activity.
Respond to service requests and on‑call emergencies with urgency and customer care.
Maintain property curb appeal and common areas through regular upkeep and inspections.
Assist with snow removal in the winter months, landscaping in summer months.
Support property safety by maintaining building systems (alarms, fire protection, etc.).
Partner with management to ensure excellent service.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in multifamily housing, hotel, or building maintenance. Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs. Positive, customer‑first attitude with good communication skills. Ability to use basic computer systems/work order software. Certifications (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are a plus! Flexibility to work weekends and respond to on‑call emergencies as needed.
