Associate Selling Team Leader – Full Time
As the full‑time Associate Selling Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's go‑to in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. You train and coach your team into high‑performing sellers who consistently provide an unforgettable guest experience. Through your leadership, the team finishes their sales goals, rocks merchandising brand standards, and delivers operational excellence. You also represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day.
Responsibilities
Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class guest experience. Analyze reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions. Help develop short and long‑term business plans to drive key KPIs.
Motivate and inspire your team through AEO's core values. Hold the team accountable to AEO's customer service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is always staffed to meet business needs. Train and develop team members to maintain outstanding service.
Provide ongoing performance feedback through real‑time coaching, team touch‑bases and performance reviews, and celebrate outstanding performance.
Execute and innovate daily operational procedures. Maintain visual standards in every zone, keep Fitting Rooms guest‑ready, and uphold AEO Brand Standards.
Maintain store safety and asset protection standards. Adhere to AEO's policies and procedures and do the right thing.
Qualifications
Experience leading retail teams.
Strong multitasking, attention to detail, priority‑setting and time‑management skills.
Ability to lead and develop teams, with a general understanding of employment law.
Business acumen.
Flexible availability to work when guests shop.
