K-3 Literacy Tutor — Impactful, Paid Service & Training

Framework is seeking passionate individuals for a paid service opportunity with AmeriCorps Nextcelerate, focusing on delivering high-impact literacy tutoring to K–3 students in Richmond Public Schools. You'll work one-on-one in elementary schools, significantly impacting students' literacy achievement. With a start date in September 2026, this role offers hands-on classroom experience, while you gain a micro-credential in High-Impact Tutoring and financial education awards for future tuition or student loans. Schedule is Monday to Friday, approximately 29 hours per week.
