Overview
We are seeking a skilled Messaging Support Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on supporting applications such as Outlook, SharePoint, WebEx, and Skype. The ideal candidate will manage the integration of email with other systems. Successful candidates will also have experience utilizing Splunk for analyzing logs and optimizing SPL queries.

Responsibilities

Provide day‑to‑day support for Microsoft Outlook and Exchange environments

Troubleshoot email delivery, client connectivity, and mailbox issues

Support collaboration tools including SharePoint, WebEx, and Skype/Teams

Manage and resolve incidents using Remedy ticketing system

Integrate email systems with mobile devices and unified communication platforms

Splunk Operations

Build and maintain dashboards

Write and optimize SPL queries

Analyze logs and system data to identify issues and trends

Support operational monitoring and troubleshooting

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $39.36 - $39.36/hr.
