Lead the Team Behind an Exceptional Guest Experience
We're seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations at our resort and ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay. This leadership role oversees Housekeeping, Laundry, and Public Areas, driving high standards of cleanliness, team performance, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do
Lead daily operations for Housekeeping, Laundry, and Public Area teams
Ensure guest rooms and resort spaces meet exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards
Recruit, train, and coach a team of 20+ housekeeping professionals
Conduct room inspections and quality audits to maintain brand standards
Manage staffing schedules, payroll, and productivity during peak and high-volume periods
Oversee inventory, ordering, and supply management for linens, chemicals, and equipment
Control departmental budgets and operating costs
What We're Looking For
3–5+ years of housekeeping leadership experience in hotels, resorts, or vacation ownership properties
Experience managing teams of 20+ employees
Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, quality inspections, and safety/OSHA standards
Experience with budgeting, inventory control, and vendor coordination
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Familiarity with PMS or housekeeping systems (Whistle, CloudBeds, etc.) preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
