Responsibilities
Mowing, trimming, and general lawn care across 13 acres
Operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, trimmers, and other groundskeeping tools
Maintaining landscaping beds and overall property appearance
Operating and maintaining an automatic sprinkler/irrigation system
General landscaping and grounds maintenance
Ensuring cabins and lodge grounds are well‑kept and presentable
Performing routine upkeep based on seasonal and weather‑related needs
Requirements
Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping required.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Reliable and self‑motivated with strong attention to detail.
Ability to perform physical labor and operate landscaping equipment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
Background check required upon offer of employment.
Drug screen required upon offer of employment.
Job Type: Seasonal, April – October. 40‑hour week, OT may be required.

Wage: $20‑$25/hour DOE
