Responsibilities
Keep service drive clean and orderly, keep the customer lounge clean and orderly.
Park incoming customer cars and stage customer vehicles for pickup.
Provide support for the service advisors by assisting when needed.
Drive the shuttle to pick up and deliver customers as needed.
Make key tags for service vehicles using Keytrack.
Wash vehicles when needed, clean facility when needed.
Must always keep a neat clean appearance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends.
Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
