Education LevelHigh School/GED## DescriptionRadiant Health is seeking a Medicaid Eligibility & Enrollment Specialist to assist individuals and families with applying for Medicaid benefits and securing appropriate healthcare coverage. This position is responsible for conducting eligibility screenings, completing and submitting applications, verifying documentation, and supporting clients throughout the enrollment process. The specialist works closely with clients, healthcare providers, and government agencies to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant access to services.## Qualifications· High school diploma of equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (social work, healthcare administration, or related field)· Experience with Medicaid, health insurance enrollment, or public assistance programs preferred· Strong data entry and computer skills· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills· Ability to meet with clients either in the community, in their home, or at a Radiant Health location to complete the necessary tasks· High attention to detail and accuracy
