Gianni’s Restaurant, located inside the iconic Villa Casa Casuarina, is seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a strong knowledge of mixology, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to deliver attentive, high-quality service in a refined, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails with precision and creativity
Provide attentive, engaging service to guests at the bar and dining areas
Maintain deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail trends
Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all safety and sanitation standards
Handle cash and process payments accurately
Collaborate with the service team to deliver a seamless guest experience
Qualifications
Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end or fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beer
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
Previous experience as a Pool Attendant, Bartender, or similar role preferred
Knowledge of basic bar service and beverage preparation preferred
Must meet legal requirements to serve alcohol
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
