Housekeeper
As our Housekeeper, you will maintain the curb appeal of our community by keeping all areas clean and attractive. You will assist the service team in preparing apartments for new residents, work outdoors in all weather conditions, perform walking throughout the community and lift up to 50 lbs. You will work a rotating schedule including weekends and report to the Service Manager.
Salary Range: $17.90/hour-$20.67 (based on experience) with $5,000 annual bonus potential
Responsibilities
Clean public areas daily
Clean and maintain models daily
Clean vacant apartments and keep them fresh and odorless
Inform management of supply needs on a bimonthly basis
Read cautionary labels and respond to written instructions
Preserve the beauty of the building and the safety of the community through general cleaning and snow removal
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of housekeeping experience
Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License
The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, use ladders and work in varying weather conditions
