Elasticsearch / ELK Stack Administrator

We are looking for a skilled Elasticsearch / ELK Stack Administrator to manage and maintain our logging and monitoring infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana, along with strong scripting skills in Linux/Unix and Python for automation and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and manage Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK Stack)

Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of ELK environments

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to indexing, search, and data pipelines

Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Kibana

Optimize Elasticsearch clusters for performance and scalability

Develop automation scripts using Linux/Unix and Python

Manage log ingestion pipelines and data flow using Logstash or Beats

Ensure data security, backup, and recovery processes

Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams for monitoring solutions

Required Skills

Hands‑on experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK Stack)

Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix scripting

Experience with Python scripting

Understanding of distributed systems and search/indexing concepts

Experience with log management and monitoring tools

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
