is currently seeking a Scrum Master for a contract position with a Major US Airline located in Atlanta, GA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
This role focuses on leading and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption. The ideal candidate will plan Scrum implementations, help stakeholders understand and enact Scrum principles, and coach development teams in self-organization to increase productivity and maximize value.
Responsibilities
Leads and coaches the organization in its Scrum adoption
Plans Scrum implementations within the organization
Helps employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development
Recommends change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team
Ensures the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value
Facilitates Scrum events as requested or needed
Coaches the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality
Requirements
Experience with traditional Technical Project Management
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts
Experience with SAFe Agile Methodology
Understanding of Cyber Security principles
Understanding of Information Security principles
Pay range:
$30.50 - $40.50 per hour
