Job Overview
Associate Banker at Chase to represent brand culture, deliver exceptional client experiences, and support branch success through friendly service and financial solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling/canceling meetings.
Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, open new accounts, and comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on self‑service technology options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing product knowledge.
Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies.
Required Qualifications
Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
Build trusted relationships and demonstrate genuine care.
Communicate clearly and politely to understand and help clients.
Resolve client issues quickly and accurately with attention to detail.
Work collaboratively as a team to deliver seamless service.
Quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
Client service experience or comparable experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
