EVS AIDE

Job Summary
The OR EVS aide is responsible for all aspects of EVS care within the surgical services department. The OR EVS aide reports directly to the clinical manager of surgical services, or the director in their absence. Under general supervision and guidance from the OR EVS team leader, the aide cleans and sanitizes rooms and furnishings in the OR and PACU, following established policies and procedures and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the department. The aide is adept at prioritizing the day to cover all room turnovers and terminal cleaning of all rooms at the end of the day as well as multiple other responsibilities defined in the essential functions. The aide ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with the mission statement and SPIRIT values of Carroll Hospital Center.
Requirements
Preferred: High School Diploma, minimum 18 years of age.
Less than 2 years of experience required.
