Job Description
Key Accountabilities

Inventory Management:

Oversee the accuracy and integrity of inventory levels, ensuring all items are correctly recorded in the WMS.

WMS Expertise:

Utilize Manhattan WMS to track inventory, manage stock levels, and optimize warehouse operations.

Team Supervision:

Lead and supervise a team of inventory control clerks, providing training and support as needed.

Operational Efficiency:

Ensure the warehouse operates efficiently within the 18/6-24/7 schedule, meeting all productivity and accuracy targets.

Stock Audits:

Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.

SOX Compliance:

Implement and maintain SOX controls to ensure compliance with financial reporting and regulatory requirements.

Problem Resolution:

Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues promptly.

Reporting:

Generate and analyze inventory reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.

Compliance:

Ensure all inventory control processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Safety:

Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Knowledge and Experience

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory control within a warehouse environment, with specific experience using Manhattan WMS.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Skills:

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficient in using WMS software, particularly Manhattan, and other inventory management tools.

SOX Knowledge:

Understanding of SOX controls and their application in inventory management.

Availability:

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the warehouse operating schedule.

Benefits
Pay Transparency:

Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range.

Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay*, PTO/Vacation pay*, paid holidays*, bereavement pay and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility).

Associates may be eligible for a quarterly bonus, subject to company bonus plans.

*For roles in Washington State:

Sick pay and PTO/Vacation pay are accrued based on hours worked and paid holidays are issued at 7-9 days annually.
