VIP Host Team Manager
FanDuel is looking for a VIP Host Team Manager to work across to look after our most important clients as well as oversee a small team of VIP Hosts.

As a VIP Host Team Manager, you will build strong relationships with our VIP customers, while providing white glove service to a small portfolio of customers. This person will lead a team of VIP Hosts, who will be responsible for coaching to provide industry leading experience to their own portfolio of customers. This position will be in a customer facing environment that requires a good understanding of VIP Service and a genuine passion for the online gaming industry.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined below, employees may be required to perform other duties as assigned by the Company.

Responsibilities

Manage and retain a small portfolio of High Value Players

Provide an enhanced and proactive one stop service to encourage loyalty

Keep Responsible Gaming and Compliance at the heart of all we do

Develop relationships and offer tailored rewards through regular correspondence

Work alongside other FanDuel departments to champion customer experience

Meet pre-determined productivity, quality, CSAT and Service Level Agreement targets

Ensure that generosity, gifts and hospitality invitations are offered in accordance with business requirements

Meet and host VIPs at Hospitality events

Deliver against company responsible gaming protocols

Manage, mentor and develop a team of VIP Hosts to excel at the above

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in high end customer service field

2+ years managing a team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High level hospitality experience and passionate about providing top level service

Confident and people focused personality

Excellent analytical skills and experience with Excel

Strives to meet targets and deadlines

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Understanding of Marketing processes preferred

Willing and able to work non-traditional business hours

Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus

Benefits

This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes 12 holidays and two (2) floating holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with applicable Canadian law.

Salary Range : $97,000 - $121,000 CAD, dependent on experience, location, business needs and market demand.
