Business Office Manager
Beth Abraham Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare

is actively seeking a full‑time Financial Coordinator to work in the business office of our facility. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, able to effectively multi‑task, be computer savvy, have a good personality, and be able to work well with others. Familiarity with skilled nursing facility finances, as well as experience dealing with Medicaid, is preferred.

Must have healthcare office experience

Responsibilities

Meeting with residents/families to discuss their financial obligations

Working with residents and families to ensure they are paid in full

Making sure all admission agreements are properly signed

Ensuring all monthly NAMI (income contributions) are paid in full

Other duties as required

Requirements

Prior experience in a nursing home finance/Medicaid office

Must have or be in the process of receiving a bachelor's degree

High comfort level meeting with residents/families to discuss and advise on their financial obligations

Must be computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office

Should be highly detailed and organized
