Job Requirements
Starting Salary Range: $42,120 - $53,703 yearly
The EVS Supervisor oversees daily operations of the Environmental Services team, ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. This role includes managing staff, schedules, inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
Swing Shift Available:
4:00pm - 12:00am
What does an EVS Supervisor do?
Demonstrating a thorough working knowledge of all chemicals and equipment used by the Environmental Services department. Ability to understand all information on MSDS sheets and have them available in case of chemical accident.
Effectively conducting initial safety training to new team members and providing ongoing safety education for all Environmental Services staff.
Creating daily work schedules at least three days in advance ensuring that employees are rotated through the different job duties. Ability to maintain effective coverage of property.

Work Experience
To be successful as an Environmental Services Supervisor, you'll need:
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in commercial/hospitality cleaning field
OSHA and MSDS training.
A valid NYS Driver’s license may be required; may be required to transport supplies/equipment and clean offsite.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to
75 pounds.
