You will determine production priorities and sequence orders on the shop floor, ensuring timely delivery to customers and alignment with operational goals.You will analyze production requirements, process MRP messages, and gather key inputs to develop accurate schedules. Additionally, you will monitor performance, follow up on urgent orders and special commitments, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the planning function.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency, alignment, and execution across daily planning activities, maintaining strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.# About the Job:* Create and maintain production schedules based on demand and capacity.* Process MRP messages and analyze production requirements.* Collect and validate data needed for accurate planning.* Follow up on urgent orders, expedites, and special customer requests.* Track schedule performance and support on-time delivery.* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.* Location: Matehuala, San Luis Potosi# About You:* Bachelor’s degree required* 1+ year of experience in a planning or similar role* Strong analytical and organizational skills* Ability to prioritize and align production activities* Strong communication and teamwork skills* Experience in manufacturing is a plus.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
