At Inclusive Housing Resources (IHR), our Maintenance Technicians keep our homes safe, functional, and well‑maintained for individuals with developmental disabilities. You'll work a predictable weekday schedule, receive clear work orders, and have the support and tools needed to do the job right. This role is a great fit for a reliable, self‑directed maintenance professional who values consistency, accountability, and long‑term employment—and who wants to join a mission‑driven team keeping safe, supportive homes running smoothly.

Pay:

$20-$30/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 7:30am‑3:30pm

Support:

paid training, company vehicle & tools, full benefits, purpose‑driven work

What You’ll Do

Complete daily work orders across multiple housing locations.

Perform repairs and maintenance in areas such as:

Carpentry

Plumbing

Electrical

Painting

Appliances

Troubleshoot issues efficiently and make quality repairs the first time.

Prioritize work orders and manage your time independently.

Maintain a professional and respectful presence when working in occupied homes.

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED.

1+ years of hands‑on residential or building maintenance experience with consistent employment history.

Practical knowledge in two or more skilled trades.

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical, hands‑on work.

Proven record of reliable attendance and completing work as scheduled.

Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points) and ability to pass a background check.
