Facilities Central Lead (Grounds & Site)
to join their team for the 2025-2026 school year!
Summary
The position of Facilities Central Lead - Grounds and Site is responsible for leading and coordinating the work of the grounds crew in the maintenance of landscaped areas on school district property. The role requires knowledge in maintaining plants, trees, lawns, preparation of soil, pruning trees/shrubs, planting flowers, trees, grass, and shrubs, and pesticide application. The primary responsibility of the Facilities Grounds & Site Foreperson will be to work from plans, blueprints, sketches, work requests, and written and verbal directions to complete tasks utilizing district staff and/or contractors as assigned.
