About Us
Dust Bowl/Fassler Hall is looking for fun and energetic candidates to work in a combination German Beer Hall and retro-themed bowling alley! Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, friendly, and enjoy making guests happy.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, wines, and beer.
Provide recommendations to guests on liquor, beer, and wine.
Maintain a clean, organized bar area, including stocking supplies and ensuring the bar is always prepared for service.
Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and serve responsibly.
Handle cash, credit card, and other payments, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
Engage with customers in a friendly, positive manner to enhance their experience.
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Ensure all local and state alcohol laws and regulations are followed.
Qualifications:
Previous bartending experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, and spirits.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Must have an ABLE license, alcohol safety training, and food handler permit.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
