Location: Strongsville Middle School
Position Type: Part‑Time
Hours per Day: 6.5 (8:10 a.m. – 3:10 p.m.)
Days per Year: 189 (Monday‑Friday)
Pay: Step A – $19.41 per hour
Job Category: Support Staff > Supervisory Aide
Type: Moderate Intensive Aide
Responsibilities
Assist students with special education needs in the classroom, including implementing individualized education plans, supporting instructional activities, and monitoring student progress.
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
Achievement of satisfactory pre‑employment test score.
Valid Ohio State Department of Education license/permit.
Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
