Fall River, Massachusetts - Locums Nocturnist Opportunity

Locum tenens opportunity
Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician
Specific open night shifts:
- September 7-10 (4 nights)
- October 10-15 (6 nights)
- November 28-30 (3 nights)
Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Admit patients from the ED to the floors and 12-bed med-surg ICU
Overlapping evening hospitalist admits until 9 PM; nocturnist assumes admissions after
Average 5-6 admissions per shift (range 3-10)
Respond to floor calls, rapid responses, and codes
eICU provides remote ICU monitoring (7 PM - 7 AM)
Must be available at bedside for ICU patients
Comfortable with:
- Intubations
- Arterial lines (A-lines)
- Central lines
No requirement to be Pulm/CC or intensivist, but must manage ICU-level patients with tele-ICU backup (10 PM - 7 AM)
EMR: EPIC
