Position Overview
Flywheel Centers is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy across
Northern Virginia (Woodbridge, Alexandria, Falls Church, McLean) .
This flexible, per diem role is ideal for individuals looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining control over their schedule.
As a Behavior Technician, you will deliver ABA therapy under the guidance of a supervising BCBA, helping children improve behaviors that interfere with daily living and supporting the development of key life skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy
Follow BCBA treatment plans
Collect and record session data
Participate in supervision and meetings
Communicate with families and caregivers
Maintain professionalism and ethical standards

Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation within Northern Virginia
Previous ABA experience preferred
