We're hiring independent contractor NPs to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage , Medicaid , and commercial health plan members. Build trusted relationships while helping people re-engage with their health.

Compensation

Earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly

$80 base rate per completed assessment

Average 6-9 patient visits daily

Additional pay-per-test compensation for qualifying visits

Position Details

Flexible scheduling Monday through Sunday (no nights/weekends required)

Pre-scheduled in-home visits with health plan members

Focus on preventive care and wellness evaluation

No prescribing or treatment modifications required

Pre-populated, patient-specific assessment forms provided
