
Analytics Solution Associate - SEC & Regulatory Reporting

The Analytics Solution Associate, within the JPMorgan Chase Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Finance organization, will support SEC and Regulatory Reporting for the Consumer & Community Banking line of business. This individual contributor role will collaborate with various teams across CCB LOB Finance, Finance MIS, and Corporate Finance to ensure seamless integration with the firmwide Finance/Risk Roadmap framework.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract data from data platforms like Databricks/Snowflake
Utilize Alteryx to clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
Design and build interactive Tableau/Thoughtspot dashboards and reports to visualize data insights and support decision-making
Establish operating models and manage the migration of dashboards and analytical solutions to production environments
Develop understanding of SEC and Regulatory reporting forms (e.g., FR Y-9C, Call Reports) and build analytics frameworks around them
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts and data engineers, to maintain data accuracy and consistency
Identify and propose new project initiatives based on analysis of current portfolio and regulatory reporting requirements
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related business discipline
1+ years of professional experience in a business role utilizing data analytics or business intelligence tools
Familiarity with writing SQL code and at least one Data visualization or Analytics tool (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with eagerness to learn new technologies
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Exposure to data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering concepts
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) or ETL tools preferred
Familiarity with Python or other programming languages
Foundational knowledge of banking, financial services, or regulatory reporting environments
