You will support the performance accuracy of these areas of the operation.******WHAT YOU WILL DO:***** **Support in leading and developing a team of employees to achieve operational and productivity goals while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment*** **Conduct daily shift meetings and support workforce staffing and scheduling to meet operational needs*** **Prioritize and champion safety plans and protocols to provide a safe work environment by conducting regular safety meetings and promoting a culture of safety awareness*** **Support all aspects of area operations including productivity, inventory management, order fulfillment and quality assurance*** **Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy*** **Monitor Goals to improve; develop action plans to address areas of concern and meet performance targets*** **Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements*** **Produce and analyze reports on operational performance and present findings to senior management*** **Track attendance and timekeeping on a daily basis*** **Work the assigned shift and extra time observing business needs.******WHAT YOU WILL BRING:***** **3+ years of qualitative/quantitative experience in management in a similar role in Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, or Inventory Management.*** **Experience working with automated order fulfillment systems.*** **Knowledge of WMS systems, quality and productivity measurements and processes.*** **Ability to foster productive relationships at every level.*** **Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to deliver results.*** **Must have understanding of English language both written and verbal.
