Compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 + 10–15% Bonus

where you will serve as the operational backbone of the New York office while supporting senior leadership at the highest level.

What You’ll Do
Oversee
day-to-day office operations , ensuring an efficient, professional, and high-performing environment
Manage vendor relationships including
building management, IT, and facilities
Coordinate office logistics:
space planning, supplies, equipment, and maintenance
Provide
high-touch executive support
to senior leadership (complex calendars, meetings, travel coordination)
Lead planning and execution of
internal events and select client‑facing functions
Oversee
new hire onboarding logistics
in partnership with HR and IT
Manage
office budgets, invoices, and expense reporting
with precision
Serve as the primary liaison with
external service providers
Develop and refine
office policies, procedures, and best practices
Ensure compliance with
firm standards and NYC workplace expectations
What You Bring
8+ years of office management experience REQUIRED
within:
Hedge fund
Private equity
Investment banking
Real estate investment / financial services
Proven experience supporting
C‑level executives or senior investment professionals
Strong background managing
vendors, budgets, and office operations in NYC
Exceptional
organization, discretion, and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a
high‑expectation, fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in:
Microsoft Office Suite
Concur
Zoom / Microsoft Teams
Experience with
executive travel, expense management, and event coordination
Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong ownership mentality

currently located in the NYC area

Ability to work
