What You’ll Do
Support business operations projects by gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data to help answer key business questions
Support the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and operational analyses using tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Python
Assist in gathering, cleaning, and validating data to ensure accurate reporting and decision‑making
Partner with team members across functions to investigate data discrepancies, solve business problems, and improve reporting processes
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
Contribute to ad‑hoc projects that help answer key business questions and improve how the business operates
Document your work and present findings and recommendations to teammates in a clear, structured way
What We’re Looking For
Rising junior (or equivalent) pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Economics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar)
Strong interest in business operations, data analysis, or fintech
Foundational experience with Excel; exposure to SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
Comfortable working with data analysis to solve business problems
Ability to think critically and approach problems in a structured way
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and concepts
Clear communication skills and comfort asking questions in a team environment
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks with guidance

New Hire Hourly Pay Rate: $25/hr.
