
Escape Room Operations Manager

The Great Escape Room is in need of an energetic Operations Manager with great customer service skills who has an interest in entertainment and Game Rooms for our St. Petersburg, Florida store. The ideal candidate for the Operations Manager position will spearhead the team.

The Manager is responsible for the general oversight of employees and administrative duties for their location.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Interviewing and selecting staff members who will best contribute to the location
Scheduling staff on a weekly basis for their work shifts
Supervising day-to-day operations
Scheduling and responding to participants, inquiries, corporations, and group events through a variety of mediums
Supervising and participating in marketing activities for the location including association meetings, face to face meetings with prospective groups, mailings, etc.
Managing physical aspects of the location as they relate to aesthetics, repair, and maintaining an overall professional environment
Communicating with all forms of media including social media and press
Thinking critically and efficiently under pressure
Filling in for staff members (room monitors) in their unforeseen absence, which includes duties not limited to:
Monitoring guests while inside the escape rooms
Understanding and administering the puzzles within the rooms
Repairing puzzles in instances that they break down
Qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
