Receiving Clerk

We're seeking a Receiving Clerk to join our team and support our accounting, purchasing, and office operations. Key Responsibilities
Track, monitor, and verify delivery of purchased items with local contacts
Process and manage receipt documentation, including packing slips, tickets, and bills of lading
Reconcile delivery discrepancies, manage returns, and resolve invoice issues
Scan and archive all receipt documents accurately
Monitor open purchase orders to ensure timely processing or closure
Work closely with purchasing agents, accounts payable, vendors, and provide prompt customer service
Perform other duties as assigned to support the team
What We're Looking For
Education: High school diploma or GED required
Experience: At least 2 years in accounting or purchasing roles
Language: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; able to comprehend and write simple instructions and correspondence
Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
Reasoning: Able to apply common sense and follow written or oral instructions with attention to detail
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); typing speed of at least 60 WPM; experience with Viewpoint, Proactis, and OnBase is a plus
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, talk, and hear regularly; frequent use of hands for handling documents and equipment
Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, reach above shoulders, and occasionally lift or move 1050 lbs.
Specific vision abilities needed: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception
Work Environment
Normal office setting with quiet to moderate noise levels
