Inventory Control Tech
Position: Inventory Control Technician Hourly: $17.25 Nonexempt/Full-time Non-Negotiable Location: Gaming Division Reports to: Bingo Session Supervisor
In accordance with the Gaming Ordinance, all non-gaming employees whose annual income reaches $50,000 or more will be required to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.

Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with customer service standards and organizational policies.
Maintain a consistent and punctual attendance record.
Adhere to professional dress guidelines.
Validate and record serial numbers for all inventory used during bingo sessions.
Prepare and submit weekly inventory reports to management, including financial data.
Collaborate with bingo session staff to address daily inventory needs.
Manage pull tab machine operations, including weekly counts, fills, and drops.
Conduct monthly and weekly inventory counts for pull tabs and paper products.
Work closely with bingo session employees to meet all daily inventory requirements.
Comply with all workplace policies, procedures, and regulatory expectations, including the Employment Manual, Gaming Ordinance, State Gaming Compact, Minimum Internal Controls, and communications from supervisory or regulatory personnel.
Adapt flexibly to changing duties and responsibilities as needed by the department.
Qualifications & Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred: Two years of experience in inventory control.
Experience in preparing oral and written reports.
Ability to implement changes to enhance inventory accountability.
Effective management of stressful situations.
Must meet licensing, background check, and drug screening requirements.
Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
Willingness to pursue self-development and adapt to change.
Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
Preferred: Five years of experience in business math or a financial background.
Work Conditions:
Frequent hand movements and fine finger dexterity are required.
Regular activities include standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and bending.
Occasional lifting, pushing, and pulling of up to 25 pounds may be necessary.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
Work environment is a casino setting with moderate to high noise levels
Smoking Free and may expose to some dust.
Maintain excellent personal hygiene due to close proximity to others.
