Warehouse Delivery Driver
Location: Corona, CA 92878
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Job description:
We are seeking a hardworking and experienced candidate to join us as a Warehouse Clerk/Driver.
You will be required to load and lift up to 25 lbs and make deliveries to the appropriate locations throughout Orange and the surrounding counties. You will also be required to manage the inventory records accurately. In addition to this, you should have a clean driving record.
As an ideal candidate, you should follow all the traffic rules and regulations. You should also have effective communication skills and the ability to multitask simultaneously. Moreover, prior experience as a Warehouse Driver/Clerk or a similar role will be an added advantage for the candidate.
Responsibilities
Unloading and loading the cargo using lifting equipment (range 75 lbs 300 lbs)
Ensuring the equipment is clean and tidy all the time
Avoiding injuries and accidents while lifting the cargo
Communicating with the customers regarding the delivery time
Delivering a variety of items from various locations
Managing paperwork associated with the deliveries
Updating inventory records from items to the customer's locations
Weekly soft and monthly hard inventory production
Adhering to specified routes and following time schedules
Following all transportation laws and having a clean driving record
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Warehouse Driver, Delivery Driver, or a similar role
A valid California drivers license and forklift certified
Sound knowledge and experience with warehouse inventory management procedures
Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
Ability to follow safe driving practices
Ability to communicate with clients and suppliers efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: 8-10 hour shift
Work Days: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate: Corona, CA 92878: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
