Business Support Specialist

Schneider is seeking a Business Support Specialist in Green Bay to provide quality assurance and process improvement for accessorial charges through auditing. The Business Support Specialist will be responsible for investigating collection disputes, identifying opportunities to capture additional revenue and improving accessorial processes. Responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for escalated accessional questions and issues, building relationships with internal and external customers through open communication, follow-ups and timely problem resolution, identifying potential process concerns and working through them with accessorial stakeholders, identifying opportunities to capture additional accessorial revenue, and analyzing key factor reporting of detention measurements.
Skills and qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, two years of customer service experience preferred, a desire to become an expert in accessorial systems and processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at a time.
