Rehab Operations Supervisor — Pediatric Therapy Oversight

Akron Children's Hospital is seeking a full-time Rehab Operations Supervisor to coordinate and oversee daily operations within various therapy disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology, along with active licensure and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include managing operations, ensuring compliance, and providing high-quality patient care. This position is onsite in Akron, OH, with a standard workweek of 40 hours, Monday through Friday.
