About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Airfreight Station Manager
to lead our
Los Angeles air freight station , one of our most complex and high‑volume air gateways in North America. This is a fully onsite senior leadership role with broad operational scope, significant people leadership responsibility, and full financial accountability. The Station Manager is responsible to deliver measurable outcomes across service, productivity, financial controls, customer growth, continuous improvement, and culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
Owning full P&L responsibility for the LA station
Leading high‑volume air freight operations from shipment opening to closure
Driving productivity, cost discipline, and operational excellence at scale
Ensuring compliance with standard processes, KPIs, and governance requirements
Leading continuous improvement programs and operational change initiatives
Supporting customer growth through close partnership with sales and direct engagement
Acting as a leader of leaders, guiding managers and supervisors across teams
Embedding a culture of accountability, inclusion, and performance ownership
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of logistics or freight forwarding experience
3–5+ years in senior operational leadership roles
Proven experience managing large teams and complex air freight environments
Strong financial, analytical, and decision‑making capability
Experience driving standardization and operational improvement
Clear, confident communication across senior stakeholders
CargoWise experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

Starting Salary:
$90,000 - $115,000 USD*
