The Role
We are looking for a Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience to help deliver signage and wayfinding programs.
You will work across stakeholders, designers, and vendors to move projects from early planning through implementation. Priorities will shift, timelines will move, and details will matter. Your role is to keep everything aligned and moving forward.
What You’ll Do
Lead Projects
Support and co-lead signage and wayfinding programs from concept through implementation
Manage schedules, budgets, and milestones
Keep projects moving and aligned
Coordinate Teams
Work across designers, architects, engineers, fabricators, and clients
Lead/Co-Lead meetings, track decisions, and follow through
Ensure the right people are engaged at the right time
Support Strategy + Documentation
Contribute to signage strategies, message schedules, and sign families
Coordinate guidelines, design intent packages, and documentation
Track reviews and maintain alignment with standards
Drive Execution
Support prototyping, fabrication, and installation
Track risks, resolve issues, and escalates when needed
Maintain clear, organized documentation
Qualifications
Required
3–5 years of project management experience (design, architecture, construction, planning, or similar)
Strong organization and coordination skills
Clear communication
Experience working across teams and stakeholders
Ability to operate in fast-paced environments
Preferred
Experience with signage, wayfinding, or environmental graphics
Familiarity with design and construction documentation
PMP certification (or interest in pursuing)
Experience in aviation, healthcare, or complex environments
