
UAM Telematics Compliance Manager

Position Overview
The UAM Telematics Compliance Manager works under the direction of Fleet Leadership and the Safety Team to ensure consistent, timely, and policy‑aligned compliance with telematics systems and related safety processes across business units. This role is accountable for monitoring telematics events, tracking coaching and corrective actions, supporting managers with compliance requirements, maintaining accurate records, and producing actionable reporting. This position is a coordination and compliance role requiring strong attention to detail, process discipline, and communication.

Job Duties
Monitor telematics events
Ensure consistency with coaching, discipline, and documentation
Provide direct feedback and coaching to Manager‑level staff
Maintain compliance records and reporting
Coordinate with Fleet, Safety, HR, and Corporate operations
Identify trends and recommend process improvement
Provide functional guidance and compliance support to managers and field leadership
Qualifications
High school diploma required
2–3 years of experience in fleet, safety, or compliance coordination
Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
Ability to report full‑time to Richfield, OH
Preferred experience with telematics platforms and utility or field services environments
