The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from initiation through completion. This role involves coordinating teams, managing resources, tracking progress, and ensuring project goals align with organizational objectives. As a project manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing a construction project from start to finish. Their main goal is to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications and safety standards.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.

Develop detailed project plans and schedules.

Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.

Manage project budgets and resources.

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Communicate project updates, status reports, and issues to stakeholders.

Ensure quality standards and project requirements are met.

Lead meetings and provide guidance to project team members.

Budget & Cost Control

Estimate costs for labor, materials, and equipment

Track spending and prevent cost overruns

Approve invoices and change orders

Site Supervision

Ensure construction follows design plans

Monitor the quality of work

Resolve on-site issues quickly

Safety & Compliance

Enforce safety procedures

Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

Conduct inspections

Communication & Reporting

Provide progress updates to clients and company leadership weekly

Document project milestones and challenges

Coordinate meetings with subs

Communicate daily with property management
