Customer Service Agent
Timi's Tours is looking for a detail-driven, people-first Customer Service Agent to join our team in Moweaqua, IL. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with a company that has been delivering premium group travel experiences since 2006.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of what makes a great tour, managing the booking process from first inquiry to departure day. You'll coordinate hotel accommodations, attractions, restaurants, airfare, and all the moving pieces in between, while serving as a primary point of contact for our guests. What You'll Do
Book clients onto existing tours and manage all reservation details
Confirm and coordinate hotels, attractions, dining, airfare, and other trip components
Communicate proactively with clients throughout the booking and pre-trip process
Build and maintain vendor and supplier relationships
Handle multiple itineraries simultaneously with accuracy and care
What We're Looking For
Strong organizational skills and an obsessive attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A warm, professional demeanor and genuine passion for customer service
Creative problem-solving ability and sound analytical thinking
Proficiency in, or willingness to learn, Microsoft Office & Google Suite
Bonus Points For
Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or tourism
Familiarity with tour operations or group travel logistics
