As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and assist patients upon arrival and dismissal.
Address patient inquiries and concerns in accordance with company policies.
Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
Maintain and update appointment book
Confirm appointments and follow up on no-shows or cancellations.
Register patients and ensure accurate chart filing
Handle cash transactions with precision
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the waiting area
Support strategic local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and patient growth
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager or PDM
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role
Fluency in English and Spanish (Bilingual proficiency required)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals.
Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in basic computer skills
Positive attitude, proactive problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
