Overview:
Ascendance is looking for an experienced, full-time Service Warranty Administrator. You'll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse ensuring warranty claims are accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Process and close customer pay and warranty repair orders with precision
File OEM warranty claims accurately and on time
Review invoices to confirm labor, parts, fluids, and sublets are properly applied
Code and submit claims following OEM and SRT guidelines
Maintain accurate records in the business systems
Edit repair order descriptions to meet vendor standards
Act as the key liaison between Ascendance and OEM warranty departments
Track parts returns and monitor claim progress
Basic Qualifications:
1-year fleet or dealership experience
Licenses/Education/Training:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
