We are seeking a professional and personable Bilingual (Spanish/English) Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors and plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service and administrative support. Over time, this position has the potential to grow into an Office Manager role for the right candidate. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, highly organized, and experienced in a front desk or receptionist capacity.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner
Answer and route incoming calls to appropriate departments or staff members
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an accurate calendar
Assist with client check-in and check-out processes, ensuring required documentation is completed
Perform general administrative duties as assigned
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Support office operations with filing, correspondence, and other clerical tasks
Work collaboratively with internal staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
Fluency in both English and Spanish required
Previous receptionist or front desk experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using computer systems and administrative software
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
