At Community First Credit Union, helping our member-owners manage their financial planning at all stages of life is foundational to the work we do as a credit union.
As an Administrative Assistant with our Financial Advising team, you'll continuously enhance the quality of service we provide to our credit union members. Balancing incoming calls, appointment requests, and ongoing follow up, you'll use your strong customer service skills, organizational ability, and technical savvy to provide support to our branch and the CFFA teams. As CFFA Assistant, you will
:
Provide exceptional, WOW service to internal and external members, board members, vendors and partners
Serve as the first point of contact for members as they visit or call for appointments or support
Schedule and communicate appointments for Advisors and manage the team calendar, including annual reviews and service requests
Prepare pre and post appointment documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Manage and track incoming referrals, ensuring timely follow-up and visibility into opportunities to serve new members
Support member onboarding, including gathering required documentation and ensuring a seamless account opening experience
Utilize internal systems to monitor task completion, pipeline activity, and service timelines
Maintain member records and assist in updating member profiles, preferences, activity tracking and financial information
Handle sensitive financial and personal information with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism in accordance with Credit Union, FINRA and Broker Dealer (LPL Financial Services) requirements
Ideal candidates will have a combination of:
Associate's degree in Administrative Services or related program is a plus; a combination of education and experience will always be considered
2+ years related experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and sensitivity to deadlines
Demonstrated experience with and aptitude for learning technology, including the Microsoft Office suite, as well as various other applications, platforms, and software
